We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. So, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.
Important: We don't refund we only exchange!
The only three accepted cases for a return:
- If you have received a defective item.
- If you have received an incorrect product.
- If the product has been lost on its way of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Clothes must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please include the following information with your email so we can review and respond to your request as quickly as possible;
- Please take a picture of the issue so we can see exactly what you are seeing.
- Include a brief written description of the issue.
If your return demand is approved, we’ll send you instructions on the return process. please note that an approved return will result in you getting the right item you ordered. There is no refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
